Valerio Daros
After a career in various top restaurants in northern Italy, Valerio followed his passion for cooking towards London, where he worked in some of the top restaurants of the city: amongst them, the Michelin Starred Zafferano and Il Baretto.
He joined GODO driven by his passion for new culinary techniques which, together with his long-lasting experience, makes the perfect match. Now Valerio is the head Chef of Godo London, leading his team with passion and commitment.
